Event Connections unveils new registration tools
Delegate management and registration specialist Event Connections has launched a new range of tools to assist the registration process at events.
The ‘FluidFlow’ suite is comprised of four tools designed to keep delegates flowing through the registration process, eliminating queues and minimising bottlenecks.
The ‘FluidFlow Here!’ tool will enable delegates to click an ‘I’m here’ link on their device, via their registration emails, meaning there is no need to interact with on-site scanners.
“Some of the most frequent requests we receive from clients involve keeping the registration process flowing and minimising queues. We strive to keep innovating and I am delighted to be able to offer a range of solutions that suit every type of organiser and event,” said Andy Barr, director at Event Connections (pictured).
“’FluidFlow Here!’ will mean delegates have no need to interact with on-site technology – they can do everything from their own device. People can simply keep moving through registration meaning less equipment and fewer staff are required, reducing costs for organisers.”
Other tools the firm has launched include‘FluidFlow Kiosk’, providing self-service registration stations, ‘FluidFlow Mobile’, designed to allow staff to scan digital and paper invitations with a discrete hand-held scanner as delegates move through the area and ‘FluidFlow Help’, providing manned help desks to handle new registrations, amendments and substitutions.
