29 May 2020: Association of Exhibition Stand Designers and Constructors (AESDAC) has been formed recently to bring together all Indian companies, engaged in the business of Exhibition stand designing and construction. The objective is to enhance the professional growth of the industry; to establish a common code of operations and professional working systems amongst all the companies falling under this segment, and safeguard the interests of all the members of the fraternity.

AESDAC membership is open to all individuals / companies, which are engaged in the business of exhibition stand design and construction. AESDAC also offers their Associate Membership to the individuals and companies, supporting our members business.

AESDAC’s mission is to advance the professional practice of the exhibition design and fabrication industry in India and create an ecosystem that educates and empowers agencies involved in the business.

AESDAC is a future-focused organization, run by its members, and for the benefit of its members, through an elected managing committee. It serves will a meeting point for association executives and industry professionals to network and exchange ideas on how to better the profession. The Association intends to guide and assist its members in finding a solution to the challenges faced by fraternity, both now and in the future.

AESDAC focuses on driving growth of our members by fueling smarter industry practices and bringing professional project management. It pledges to work together to set standards in health & safety, work processes, ethics and code of conduct, design and copyrighting, and also a fair remuneration. The association will also collaborate with organizers, and other associations and government organizations to ensure alignment throughout the industry.

AESDAC’s proposed programs and services will include:

a. Advocacy & Rights: The current industry scenario where there are no set standards and work practices. Exhibition agencies are vulnerable to being pushed to health and safety and financial disadvantage. Arbitrary new rules and industry scenarios emerge every year, which are not in the best interests of professionals, and control how agencies operate and how well they succeed. AESDAC, as an association will advocate on behalf of member agencies in accordance with members needs, and rights. It will learn about top-priority issues facing the industry, and what it can do to make a difference.

b. Training and Networking: The Association believes in peer learning and the value of industry connections. Its programs and initiatives will create opportunities for agencies to learn from other industry professionals. It will facilitate training programs that advance the skills and efficiency of our members.

c. Research and Forecasting: In this fast-changing industry, AESDAC will work towards research and forecasting industry trends, and best and most efficient practices for operations, that will allow us to stay head in the game.

d. Discounts and Deals: AESDAC will work towards getting a variety of discounts and deals from their major source of Raw materials / services, especially for their registered members.
